I have been speaking to a lot of organizations lately, and whenever I have a speaking engagement, I always ask the leaders of the organization about the kinds of dynamics they are experiencing or problems they might be encountering.

This is a psychological phenomenon that particularly affects people who have achieved some kind of success in their field, who then doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud.
