We’re talking about how sometimes we judge ourselves for the reason that we are getting started on a goal and have this belief that our reason for starting has to sound good to other people so we create this story in our head that our reason for getting started on a goal that we’re working on needs to always be about other people. Today we’re chatting about the idea of ALSO incorporating a more “selfish” reason to get started because that actually might be what you need to get that initial excitement spark going!
