In this week's Q&A Episode we had some amazing questions! Thank you to all who submitted.

This week's questions:
1. If my estradiol is less than 5 and FSH is 87, is that a clinical indicator of menopause? (No menses for 13 months). I have no symptoms (except I feel great) but wonder when HRT is recommended for bones, vascular system, etc. Also, what type? Does it have to be systemic? I’m sensitive to hormones and medications.
2. I am interested in info about facial injections. I need them around my mouth eyes and forehead. I am thinking Botox but don't know much about it. I may also be interested in a lip filler.
3. I have the methylation gene (MTHFR) on The Cleveland Heart Panel. What does that mean and what should I do?
4. Why are you a fan of body contouring?

In this episode of Outside The Box Stories, our good friend Jerry talks about how he took control of his health with one doctor's visit. The big takeaway from Jerry's story is that you don't have to just accept not feeling good. You don't have to accept feeling tired all the time because "you're getting older". Hope this helps at least one person today!
