Lately, it seems that many people have been telling me that they are feeling tired and rundown, and it’s been hard to find the time to do things they want to do. Normally, I am a firm believer that we don't find time, we make the time, but I understand that this isn't possible when you're dealing with mental exhaustion.   In this episode, I’m sharing how our emotions are potentially derailing us from manifesting and having the life of our dreams and achieving our goals and desires.
