What a tournament! England are now back-to-back European champions as they beat Spain 3-1 on penalties! Nikita can't join us this week so Jordan gives us her reaction straight after another huge history-making night for the Lionesses.

Jordan looks back on the nail biting ninety minutes then into extra time which had everyone on the edge of their seats. Then... the penalties... and we don't think Jordan has quite recovered yet! She also looks at just how inspirational this England team is and the importance of young talent.
