Berry Oat Bowl*
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
1/2 cup sliced fresh berries
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a bowl with a lid, mix together the oats, milk, berries, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Set aside for 15 to 30 minutes, until the oats have softened slightly, then enjoy.
Starch and Salad with Easy Maple Mustard Dressing
Favorite Starch
1/2-3/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
chopped lettuce, tomato, onion (and all your favorite vegetables)
Maple Mustard Dressing*
4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons tahini
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients until smooth.
