Aisling is an inspiration to many mums as she promotes and shares experts in and experiences of positive birth with the aim of releasing the fear and empowering us all. She’s expecting her 4th baby in a few weeks time and has learned along the way what helps her feel safe, in control and positive about birth.

We talk about her 3 previous births, from traumatic to peaceful home births, perineum massage and essential birth preparation and how after a phase of maternal depletion and miscarriage her own wellbeing has become an essential part of her life and how we can all adapt healthy soulful habits to help us to prepare for a more positive and healthy motherhood.
