I'm not shy to admit that I have been through many different phases in my teen years.. some may say 'embarrassing', but I'm happy I've gone through everything I have because without them, I wouldn't be who I am today! Sometimes I felt as though I would drink because it's 'just what teens do' - it may have brought me excitement for parts of my life but times change and so do we! It's okay to re-learn ourselves and learn what brings us happiness and enjoyment, instead of just going with what makes others feel this way :) Learn about the different stages in my teen years and how society and drinking culture has affected me along the way..

my whole life I have been a people pleaser and that comes from a really kind place in my heart, but when this is directed to the people who don't reciprocate - it can become quite draining. People know they can walk all over me and treat me like a mug, 2023 is the year to make a change by having the respect for myself to stand my ground and remember it doesn't make me a bad person (even though it might feel that way lol) we got this besties, you deserve to be treated fairly💕
