Last week I went away with 9 strangers and I have just come home from the most beautiful trip with 9 new life long friends🤍 I've never felt SO empowered to be a woman and so inspired by the amazing personalities I've bee surrounded by😅 I put myself outside of my comfort zone and met people that genuinely get me for ME. No judgement or pressure just pure love and good vibes which we ALL deserve❤️

as someone in the beginning stages of their running journey with a history of an unhealthy relationship with exercise, and an injured hip... running was always something I never thought would be something I could take up! this year I have worked on shifting my mindset and finding my 'why' for running and listened to my bodies needs - because of this I have found an amazing, healthy balance with running and although its hard, I'm so happy I've started :)

looking back on my goals I set for myself at the beginning of the year and reflecting on how I can get on top of these to make these be a reality instead of a goal :) I've noticed progress with my anxiety about night outs and feeling 'unproductive' which is freaking EPIC... (I also had a bad situation that I happened on a night out recently that triggered me and I explained it and how I dealt with it) ALSOOOOO, we talk all about shifting our energy so that we can feel a lil more positive about our days <3 ily besties xoxo

The actions of people around us when were little actually have such a big effect on us as adults!
