Thinking new thoughts is not always as simple as plucking out the old thought and inserting a new thought. If you don't prepare your mind for the new thought… it doesn't grow. If you don't pull out the roots of the icky thought… it resurfaces. Mind renewal takes a little bit of thought and effort, but it is so worth it!
