Shelah is a wellness influencer and founder of Curvy, Curly, Conscious, a sisterhood and collective that promotes self-care, self-love and self-empowerment for Black women. Shelah is also the author of Positive You: A Personal Growth Journal for Women.

In this episode, we talk to Shelah about how her upbringing as the only Black person in her household influenced her journey into wellness, why she is unapologetic about making space for Black women and how she kept herself grounded while filming a reality TV show.
