Ashli is the founder and CEO of Sunday Forever. After growing her dream career as a creative executive at Victoria’s Secret Ashli realized she was burnt out and wanted to build a career on her own terms. She left her “dream job” and started Sunday Forever, the consumer brand making luxury candles, perfumes, handmade jewelry and gifts. 

Now 8 years later, Ashli has built Sunday Forever intentionally slowly, even scaling down at certain points. In this conversation Ashli chats about why she’s said no to big box retail, including offers from Sephora, lessons from building the biz bigger than she wanted, and what life looks like building an intentionally small business.
