While on vacation with Rich in California I had the chance to take a moment on the beach and reflect on the Soul Recovery journey.  Letting go of control and taking responsibility for my own happiness has been quite the process- but it is working and miracles are happening in my life. This includes a road trip to California where I camped on the beach with my Son's and our long time family friends, watched my husband surf, and enjoyed the California sun.  All with minimal stress and a lot of happiness and ease.  This episode is my reflections of this trip on the beach of San Onofre.

Stop Talking About What's Not Working.  Our thoughts and words are powerful and when we spend our time complaining about what is not working, we are blocking the new and better things that you are wanting in your life.  It is important to be clear about what is not working so you can be clear about what you do want, so spend your time alone or with friends dreaming and creating a life you love.
