In this replay episode I am going back to season one to talk about Radical Forgiveness.

I had just read the book Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping and was inspired by this very different way of looking at the resentments and hurts in our lives.  In the book the idea is not to "forgive", but to allow us to see that this is part of our learning and growing and that we can find peace and acceptance in the situation and stop telling a victim story.  It can be very profound work, and takes courage and compassion for yourself and all that were involved, but results are amazing.  I have been using some of the techniques taught in this book in my coaching and have seen people be able to let go of old pain and trauma in profound ways and finally be at peace.
