    Radio Ambulante presenta una conversación entre nuestro productor ejecutivo, Daniel Alarcón, y la galardonada escritora Lolita Bosch.
    Lolita nació en Barcelona, pero es en México donde se siente como en casa. Se describe como “un experimento literario no terminado”. A través de su trabajo ha fomentado el poder transformativo que puede tener la literatura en el ámbito político.
    En el 2010 mandó una carta a sus amigos y conocidos, invitándolos a inventarse un proyecto crítico y riguroso para manifestarse contra la inseguridad que se vive en México. El resultado de esa invitación fue la creación de un portal de internet con el nombre Nuestra aparente rendición. Lolita hasta hoy dirige este exitoso proyecto de paz que reúne voces de México y de América Latina que critican y exigen una solución a la violencia que afecta a la región.

    Radio Ambulante presents a conversation between Executive Producer Daniel Alarcón and award-winning writer Lolita Bosch.
    Lolita was born in Barcelona but considers Mexico home. She describes herself as a "literary project in progress." Her writing has exposed the transformative power literature can have in politics.
    In 2010, she sent letter to her friends and acquaintances inviting them to help create a critical and rigorous project to protest the national insecurity facing Mexico. As a result, they created a website called Nuestra aparente rendición or Our Apparent Surrender. Lolita has directed this peace project that unites voices from Mexico and Latin American that demand a solution to the violence plaguing the region.

    Radio Ambulante presents a conversation between Executive Producer Daniel Alarcón and the Salvadoran journalist Oscar Martinez, co-founder of El Faro, one of the most important independent media outlets in Central America. Several years ago, Oscar began investigating the odyssey of Central American migrants who pass through Mexico to reach the United States. During eight trips, he collected their stories of abuse, violence and cruelty. In 2010, he published his chronicles from El Faro in a book entitled “Los migrantes que no importan,” or “The migrants who do not matter.” Last year the book was published in English with another title, “The Beast,” the name of the train migrants ride to get through Mexico.
