Here’s the truth on what influences clearance rates. It has nothing to do with interest rates. It has nothing to do with the kind of property. It has nothing to do with the market. But it has everything to do with a concept called Operator Error.

Operator error refers to the ability of a real estate agent to actually put a deal together using the auction system. And what a lot of the people in the marketplace aren't aware of, is that there are agents who understand how to use an auction system, and there are real estate agents who don't.

Not surprisingly, agents who know how to use the auction system have a higher clearance rate.
