Today, we are going to talk about a subject I am very passionate about.  My own battle with Bulimia started at age 13 .  I talk about my own struggles with self love and acceptance. Having struggled for many years I am deeply passionate about helping young girls and women with self acceptance and love.

My guest, Rachel Freeman and I talk about the struggles we both had to get to the places where we are today.

Rachel found herself spiraling out of control after becoming a child model. Rachel has been in recovery for several years and started her own podcast and wrote a book called, Hungry 2 Live.
