Hey Kweenz! Fooled 'em again, made it through another week and to another edition of Regular Guy Friday. Trevor Moawad, sports mental coach to the likes of @RusselWilson and @NickSaban, author of 'It Takes What It Takes', frequent BT guest and, most importantly, our dear friend, has passed away but his work, and love for people, lives on forever. Amongst dozens of lessons, Trevor taught us the benefits to remaining in a neutral state and that 'WE DON"T FORM HABITS. HABITS FORM US.'
When you're seriously ill, or one you love is, don't be afraid to open up to others. Be gracious in victory. Continue to ask the universe for answers and do not ignore the numbers. When one commits suicide it may be because no one saw them. Wayne Dyer and Albert Einstein believe for life to be beautiful and bountiful, it merely comes down to perception. It's good business for the news to relay dark information but most of the time it's none of YOUR business. Marie Forleo says to 'simplify to amplify. Complexities may be the true cause of our depression but simplifying takes time. Joe Gear says when talking to strangers to 'tell 'em nothing, feed 'em beans.' Often we engage in tasks that wear us down mentally and physically just to evade what's going on emotionally. This can form a habit (and lend further proof that habits DO form us - thanks again Trevor Moawad.).
Kelsey had her stomach Cat Scan aka 'Cat Scam' conducted by a Cat Scam Vampire no less ! YES Energy Vampires show up in the most random places, work alone and can make you physically ill. They're tough to repel BUT there are ways....
Patreon members, Maria's personal therapist (the amazing Brian Mahan!!!!) will be hosting a Heal Event on Monday.
We may be two Saturdays away from the launch of a new podcast, 'Christmas Specials and Spirits', to get you in the Holiday mood. Who knows we may even 'Slay for a Sleigh'. Till then, stay #krisp. Bye Betches.
