Joni Peddie is the CEO of “Resilient People”- a business that measures, assesses and then prioritises skills to raise performance and wellbeing in the workplace. 

She is the author of The FAB Quotient: Experience Resilience and is currently writing her 2nd book. Joni is an Executive Coach, Behaviour Strategist, Keynote Speaker and Facilitator. She facilitates EQ Workshops for teams to help build organisational culture change and improve team performance.

Joni is also the current President of the Professional Speaking Association of Southern Africa and brought the Enneagram Personality Profiling tool to South Africa.
