Michael Coppola dealt with anxiety on and off for years. As a child, he experienced brief moments of panic, but it wasn’t until he started having full-blown panic attacks after smoking weed that he realized something was seriously wrong. What started as a reaction to marijuana eventually became a persistent problem, even after he stopped using it.
Like many, Michael tried to manage his anxiety on his own for years, cycling through periods of calm followed by sudden and overwhelming relapses.
