Welcome to Episode 1 of our Summer Series! I'm so excited to be together. Today, we are going to set the mindset for our summer. As you often hear me quote William Shakespeare, "Expectation is the root of all heartache." Today, we discuss all the ways in which high (and low) expectations can keep us stuck and suffering, and the mindset of awareness that can lead to transformation. Any transition can bring anxiety, but remember that anxiety and excitement are experienced exactly the same in the human body, so we have so many opportunities to reframe our thinking and make room for relief. Today, we discuss it all, along with some emotional stories from my own life that will fill you in on what is happening right now. Stay tuned to find out how you can contribute to our community this summer, and maybe even have your question featured on air! So much to look forward to.
