As she moved through her process and embraced the mindset, JournalSpeak, and self-compassion necessary to reset her nervous system and heal, she had a pretty profound realization: The burning mouth and OCD that had both been completely traumatic and devastating in her past were also TMS! She was just trapped in the loop of the Symptom Imperative.
