Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes, who studied the Enneagram collectively for over 50 years, continue their discussion of time management of each of the Enneagram types. In this episode, they talk about their experiences with body types, Enneagram Type 8, Type 9, and Type 1. In general, these types are prone to routines and are drawn to following an order or sequence of steps. They can be too controlled by the concept of time, causing stress and inefficiency. However, each Enneagram type of body types has its own unique relationship with time and, therefore unique solutions to develop past the personalities trappings regarding time.
