Dr. Wes Beavis, has served for decades as a pastor in the United States and Australia. He is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping pastors navigate the ministry journey and guiding church leaders through crisis situations.

He has clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating the symptoms of ministry burnout. Wes earned his doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology majoring in Applied Clinical Psychology. His Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy is from Hope International University.

Wes is married to Ellie, a Marriage and Family Therapist, and their private practices are in Newport Beach, California. They have two sons: David and his wife, Laura, both serve at a church in Oregon, and Zack attends medical school in Arizona.
