You can make good money and still feel like it slips through your fingers. Most of us were never taught how to keep it.
Barb Schreihans wasnโt either. She grew up on food stamps and now runs an extremely successful tax firm with 47 full-time employees. In this live conversation with Macy, she shares how she learned to trust herself with money and why spending on yourself isnโt a reward, itโs maintenance. She also explains how she thinks about taxes so sheโs not handing over more than she has to.
If youโve ever avoided your taxes, said โitโs fineโ when it wasnโt, or wondered why the money never seems to stick, start here.

I lose my wallet constantly, forget to close the fridge, and found gum stuck to my journal in church. I still hit my goals.
This isnโt about throwing your phone across the room or never buying cookies again. Itโs about the system running inside your head: how you think, how you react, and how you manage your own mind.
I walk through the three steps I use every week to do that: Decide, Obey, and Multiply. Youโll hear the question that kept me from quitting my business, why I only get to be the boss of my life for 90 minutes a week, and how an 80-page book I wrote in two weeks has helped bring in over $4 million.

I gave myself a full year to fix the part of my business I hated most and it only took 30 days.
After training about 3,000 women in sales, I keep noticing one thing that separates the ones who win from the ones who don't and this keynote is about that one thing.

If you sell an offer, you already know you have to say the same thing a million times. The hard part is doing it without boring yourself, boring your audience, or putting your whole life on camera.

I sat in maybe two planning meetings for my own live event this year AND it was the best one we've ever hosted!!
This is the behind-the-scenes of how I stopped orchestrating every detail of Sales Mastery Live, our annual in-person event, and started showing up as the artist instead. The Taylor Swift post that flipped it for me, why I ran the whole event like a concert, and the one thing I believe a founder should never hand off.

Most women don't fail at building a business online, they quit before it works!!
Jasmine Star is one of the OGs of online business. She walked away from a full-ride scholarship to UCLA Law School to become a photographer before she even owned a camera. She made $100,000 her first year, went on to win awards for her work, and started helping other photographers build their businesses.
In 2016, she paid $25,000 to join a mastermind where her hot seat question was "what's a webinar?" Two months later, her first course did $255K in five days, all organic, and the next launch did over $1 million. Since then she's built a membership, a tech company (without knowing a line of code), and a coaching program with its own team of coaches, and she's been on more than a thousand calls with women building their businesses.
Live on stage, Macy asked Jasmine what separates the women who make it from the ones who stall out. Her answer wasn't strategy, and it wasn't better content.

The painting behind me in almost every ad we run was made by the woman in this video. Her name is Sydney Faulkner.
Three years ago I went looking for a "woman in the arena" piece, the Roosevelt quote as an image instead of words, and a stranger on Instagram pointed me to Sydney. That painting has been in the background of my office, my content, and nearly every ad since, and it outperforms almost everything else we run.
So we flew to her studio in Wilmington, North Carolina to talk to her properly, and to start building something together. Sydney is officially the artist on the Salesgirls team. There's a collection coming, and you'll see it here first.
Then, in the middle of the conversation, she said one sentence about how she decides what to charge and I stopped the interview.
This one is for every creative, service provider, and business owner who has ever sent a quote and felt sick about it after. We get into pricing on worth instead of permission, why meaning is what makes work valuable, how structure makes creatives more free instead of less, and what changes when you stop selling the object and start selling the story inside it.

Sales are being made in your business. That's proof sales happened. It's not proof that your ability to sell is what made them.
Most female founders skip the skill entirely and go straight to more ads, more funnels, more offers, more team. Then they hit a ceiling and can't figure out why. In this episode Macy walks the whole business building floor by floor, marketing, content, recruitment, retention, delivery, pricing, packaging, strategy, and shows exactly how your sales skill is running all of it.
