The Seattle Seahawks are going to need a huge winning streak if they hope to remain in the playoff hunt. While many fans think our team's playoff hopes are dashed, some of the leaders on this Seattle team are talking as though it's still a possibility. Duane Brown talks about facing a Washington Football Team defense without two of their top pass rushers. Bobby Wagner talks about former Seahawks running back J.D. McKissic and how Washington features him in their passing attack. Ryan Neal says the Football Team's quarterback is a player his teammates rally behind, and Pete Carroll says rookie Josh Johnson could see the field with Travis Homer and Rashaad Penny out this week.

This week's categories explore what happens if we see more of the "worst" this team has to offer, a look at "Wilson" and things to look out for as he continues to bounce back from his injury and what it is that we're "watching" for now that this team looks set to miss the playoffs in 2021.

OMAHA! (or whatever it is the Seahawks say). It's an audible edition of 3 IN, 3 OUT following the loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Colt McCoy is now a name that shall not be spoken and receives a new pseudonym, because Pete Carroll and the Seahawks seem to have no answer for the veteran journeyman quarterback. We talk about some of the biggest disappointments of the season to this point, some of the bright spots, and the idea of being on team "blow it up" with regard to the future of the franchise. Regardless of the future possibilities and knowing the draft pick goes to the New York Jets, is a 4-13 record preferred over an 8-9 record? We discuss this and leave the INs and OUTs this week to our Flock.

The Seahawks struggled in the red zone against the Cardinals in the first half while the defense allowed Colt McCoy to lead two long, time-consuming drives. Seattle was unable to dig out of that hole in the second half and it left Pete Carroll frustrated and without may answers when speaking to reporters after the game. Tyler Lockett said that teams are consistently playing the Seahawks a certain way despite what they do when facing other teams. Russell Wilson seems to expect that we can expect this all to turn into an amazing comeback story. Let's hope so!

This Sunday's game is the last one before Thanksgiving, so we're giving this episode a bit of a holiday theme. Which bird is going to get cooked in this game and what will be the reason? What will it look like if Russell Wilson has shaken off the rust and can have time to make decisions ahead of the snap? We close out the show by talking about the players we're thankful to have on this team and offer up our favorite holiday dishes ahead of next Thursday .

Ed Smith of Bleav in Cardinals joins the show to talk about the injury situation with Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins and who may play if they aren't able to go. Plus, we get Ed's thoughts on the tenure of Pete Carroll and the mindset of an athlete working through a difficult injury.

After Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers, head coach Pete Carroll had some praise for linebacker Jordyn Brooks and also noted some areas for improvement. In his press conference with the media on Wednesday, Brooks talked about the importance of being able to improve how he defends screens and how he may call on K.J. Wright for some tips on how to improve. Coach Carroll provided updates on Chris Carson and Duane Brown and Ken Norton Jr. talked about how L.J. Collier can have a role in helping to improve Seattle's pass rush.

Russell Wilson was back after his injury and led the offense to zero points. It was the first time Wilson led a scoreless offense in his career. We point to the plays that led to the most success for the Seahawks that made us wonder why we can't run more plays like that. Instead, it leads us to argue over how Wilson was impacted by his injured finger. On the positive side of the ledger, there were some defensive plays and players to specifically call out. In the From the Flock segment, there was one moment in the game that had many of us quoting Austin Powers.
