One world leader's on his home turf and has the power to shut the streets down as required, and that's exactly what happened as Wip was trying to make his way around the city. He wasn't the only one stuck in The Don's roadblocks, with French President Emmanuel Macron giving Don a buzz from behind the barrier to give him an earful.
