Today I am inviting you to asses the quality of your relationship that you have with your body. Just like in any other relationship - do you respect it, do you listen to it, do you speak kindly? All important questions to ask ourselves when in a relationship - especially the relationship we have with self - and our physical bodies are a huge part of that relationship.
I wanted to revisit the topic of gratitude today - for it to serve as a reminder that you are taking moments in your day to acknowledge all that you have been blessed with, and expressing love and gratitude for it.
What are you allowing yourself to be available for in your life? “Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your words, your words become your behaviour, your behaviour becomes your habits, and your habits become your future”
"The number one cause of war and conflict in the world is religion. That is CRAZY to me - not only because the nature of religion is so SACRED and gentle, its also so personal… its a personal belief.
