Hey there! In this episode, I'm diving deep into the topic of communication and how it can be a game-changer for your relationships.
I know so many of you are struggling to connect with your spouse, your adult children, or other important people in your life. The disconnect and lack of intimacy can be so painful. But I truly believe that learning to effectively communicate your feelings can transform these relationships.
I share a simple process for getting clear on your emotions, choosing the right time to have a conversation, and expressing yourself in a way that fosters understanding - not more conflict. It's not always easy, but I promise it's worth it.
You'll also hear me get vulnerable about my own journey with vulnerability and why it's been so transformative for me. Plus, I emphasize the importance of seeking support, whether that's from a counselor, coach, or trusted friend.
My hope is that this episode gives you the tools and courage to start having the conversations you've been avoiding. It's time to break the cycle of miscommunication and start rebuilding the intimacy you crave.
Let me know if you have any other questions! I'm here to support you.
Blessings,
If you need support, please email me [email protected]
Hey my beautiful friends!
In this episode, I'm diving deep into the topic of black and white thinking - that rigid, all-or-nothing mindset that so many of us struggle with. I know it was a huge challenge for me for a long time, and I'm so passionate about helping you break free from it too.
I'll share my own personal journey of expanding my beliefs and creating new, more empowered ways of thinking. I was raised with a lot of rules and legalism, and it took me years to start seeing the gray areas, the both/ands, and all the possibilities in between the extremes.
We'll also cover:
- The latest update on my Facebook account drama (ugh, still can't get back in!) and how I'm staying connected with my community
Wherever you're feeling stuck in black and white thinking - whether it's in your relationships, your career, or any other area of life - I'm here to help you cultivate more curiosity, openness, and possibility.
So if you're ready to say goodbye to "this or that" for good, reach out to me at [email protected]. I'd love to chat about how coaching can support you on your journey of personal growth and transformation.
Sending you so much love,
I'm so excited to share the latest episode of my podcast, where we dive deep into the transformative power of gratitude!
In this episode, I share the science behind how gratitude changes our brain chemistry, boosts our mental and physical health, and strengthens our relationships. But more importantly, I explore the biblical foundation of gratitude and how it can draw us closer to God. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the busyness of the holiday season or simply want to cultivate more joy in your everyday life, this episode is for you. I'm inviting you to join me in making gratitude a daily practice - one that has the power to shift our mindsets and bless those around us. So grab a cup of coffee, find a cozy spot, and let's dive in together.
I can't wait to hear how this episode inspires you to live with more thankfulness.

Trick or Treat? 🍬 This Halloween, let's talk about the common belief that a glass of wine is our "reward" or "treat" at the end of a long day. I used to fall into this trap myself, thinking I deserved that drink to unwind. But the truth is, alcohol is a trick, not a treat. It may provide a temporary escape, but it doesn't actually help us relax or cope with stress in a healthy way. In my latest podcast episode, I'm debunking this mindset and sharing how we can reframe our relationship with alcohol. It's time to explore new routines and rituals that bring us genuine, lasting fulfillment - without the guilt and negative consequences. If you're ready to break free from the alcohol reward cycle, I'd love to support you.

I'm so grateful for all the love and prayers from my coaching clients and group members during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in South Carolina.
While my family and home were spared, I'm deeply saddened by the devastation I've seen in the surrounding communities, especially inwestern North Carolina. Places I love and have made memories in have been destroyed.
Navigating this physical storm has mirrored my own personal emotional storms, like the major transition I'm going through at work and past experiences of grief and sorrow.
It's been important for me to allow myself to fully feel the range of emotions - from gratitude to grief - rather than suppressing them. Seeking support and creating moments of joy have been crucial coping strategies.
I encourage listeners to do the same, whether they're directly impacted or not. Grief and empathy can coexist with gratitude and hope, especially when grounded in our faith.
There is an ongoing need for aid, volunteering, and community support in the affected areas. I'll be organizing an opportunity for my family to go and help in the coming weeks.
Above all, I pray listeners will hold fast to resilience, patience, and a deeper relationship with God during life's storms, physical or otherwise. He is our true source of hope.
