In this episode Seth Larson of the band Something Underground and new dad- shares on his Soul Recovery journey including a choice to stop playing a victim,  learning to be okay when he or others are uncomfortable, and not taking things personally- just to name a few of our conversation topics. His brother Josh Larson is on bass, and my sweet husband Rich Harrison is on drums. Recording this track with the Larson brothers was a dream come true for me.
