What is the first thing you do when you wake up? It's likely that you reach for your phone... You know that's not the best thing for you! The best thing for you and your day is to take a moment to set you intentions for the day. They may be small things or they may be larger intentions that are unlikely to come to fruition today - but everyday we can get a little closer!

Todays meditation will help you see and feel the benefit of visualising your intentions so that you can see clearly how you will FEEL in the fulfilment of the intention. When you really feel into the completed intention you will be energetically connected with it already - half the job done! You will also begin to see with clarity the steps you need to get there. Once you see the benefits of this simple practice you will leave your phone alone for a few minutes whilst you imagine and visualise the successes of the day ahead! 

Using this tool as a way of creating bigger visions for your life is super powerful and practicing everyday will see you reaching your intentions with ease and joy!
