We often aspire to be super productive and successful, often at the cost of our emotional, mental and physical health.
Today is all about unpacking how we do this as a way to hide our pain, cope with difficult emotions and essentially runaway from ourselves and how this can lead to deep disconnection and dissatisfaction in life (even when we feel we ‘have it all)
