Vi vil gerne være effektive, når vi går på arbejde. Vi vil også gerne være gode til at samarbejde. Og vi foretrækker god ledelse af det hele. Men det er alt sammen lettere sagt end gjort.
I podcasten De Agile Rødder lægger vi mikrofoner til åbne, ærlige og - ofte - fornøjede samtaler om alt inden for effektivitet, samarbejde og ledelse. Fokus er praktikken: Hvad GØR man, når man gerne vil være effektiv - uden at sætte samarbejde og trivsel over styr?
I hver episode har vi en gæst i studiet til en snak om deres praktiske erfaringer. 
Som det fremgår af navnet, startede podcasten med fokus på de agile metoder specifikt. Men selv de bedste metoder lykkes kun, hvis man også har styr på effektivitet, samarbejde og ledelse i praksis.
Derfor har Rødderne i dag det brede lys på og giver inspiration til både agile entusiaster og til dem der ‘bare’ beskæftiger sig med at få teams og arbejdspladser til at lykkes.
