I've been getting lots of requests recently to speak to somebody who is early in their journey of giving up alcohol so may I present Sinead Burke! Sinead is from Donegal and now living in Dublin. She is the owner of the beautiful florist shop in  called town called Adonis. She is 90 days off the sauce and gives us a really honest account of her journey so far, what's going well and what is taking time to adjust to.
