Episode 66
Have you convinced yourself that now isn't the right time to change?
When life feels uncertain, it's easy to believe that your goals should wait.
"I'll start when life settles down."
"I'll focus on my health when things get back to normal."
But what if there never is a perfect time?
As we move closer to spring, nature quietly reminds us that change is always happening. The seasons don't wait for perfect conditions before they begin to transform, and perhaps we don't need to either.
In this solo episode, I want to encourage you to look beyond the constant noise of uncertainty and reconnect with the reason you wanted to improve your health in the first place.
Living through lockdown has tested every one of us. If there were ever a degree awarded for surviving uncertainty and constant change, I often joke that we'd all deserve one.
Yet even during the most difficult times, positive change is still possible.
Sometimes it begins with a commitment to just 15 minutes a day.
Those small moments can help you reconnect with your "why", build momentum and begin moving towards the healthier future you want for yourself.
You don't have to transform your life overnight.
You simply have to begin.
In this episode, I also share one of the books that has had a profound impact on my own personal development—The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. Although often recommended to creative people, I believe it's a powerful read for anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change.
