This week Lauren and Nicole navigate the tricky subject of apologies. But what is a heartfelt apology? How do you do it? And why is it important? The ladies discuss why learning how to give a proper apology is a gift to you and the other person and exactly what to say and what not to say when sorry seems to be the hardest word.
