    Today I am joined by my boss, Erica Hembree Sharp.  Erica is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics. She graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. After a successful sales career and a passion for helping people, Erica returned to school to become an RN. She has worked as an operating room nurse and manager for the University of Tennessee Medical Center and later graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from East Tennessee State University. Shortly after that, Erica began working in the medical aesthetics field, specializing in injectable services and skin rejuvenation. Erica’s passion for her work stems from creating joy for her patients as they work toward their aesthetic goals. She continually seeks opportunities to learn new techniques and advance her training. She is the founder of Arabella Medical Aesthetics + is a National Trainer for Allergan Medical Institute. 

    In this episode, Erica and I talked about her career path & what ultimately led her to owning her own MedSpa, all about Arabella, what it is like to be a working mom, and so much more.     Today I am joined by Kayty Helgerson. Kayty is a hospitality educator and owner of Gather Intentional Living & Everyday Hospitality. A public speaker, food stylist, writer, aspiring interior designer, and recipe developer, she is set out to see our generation come back to the table through hospitality. 

    Gather started as a small New England business and throughout the pandemic experienced tremendous growth as they shifted to virtual. Through this shift, they welcomed guests from all fifty states and six countries through their hundreds of workshops on charcuterie, cake decorating, and hospitality education. They have since expanded to offer a podcast called Making Room by Gather, which talks through various dynamics that come up around the table, a blog that offers specific diet recipes, and a shop with products that make gathering effortlessly beautiful. Set out to educate and inspire everyday hospitality, Gather is just getting started!

Based in Tampa Bay, where she resides with her husband and daughter, Lucy, Sara has become a prominent tastemaker in the area. Originally from Massachusetts, Sara's love for classic interiors, charming towns, and stunning coastal landscapes is evident in her work. 

    In 2018, Sara decided to leave her full-time job in marketing to focus solely on her photography business, and it has been a decision she has never regretted. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship since becoming a mother in 2022, Sara's passion lies in capturing women's journeys to motherhood and sharing their unique stories.

    Sara is most sought after for her motherhood photography. She has a talent for capturing the most intimate and tender moments of her clients during pregnancy, the newborn stage, and early childhood. Sara has a unique ability to highlight the connection and love in families. Sara's aim is to create timeless, stunning photographs that preserve her clients' legacies for generations to come. She understands the value of these images personally, as a mother herself, and feels honored to have the opportunity to capture these cherished moments for her clients. Many of her clients have relied on her year after year, trusting her to document their milestones. It is a privilege that Sara takes very seriously.
