In this episode I chat with 32 year old Becky from Leeds who's 133 days sober at the time of this recording. What I love bout Becky's story is she challenged her relationship with alcohol a single person in her early 30s. Becky started drinking to help her cope with social anxiety in her late teens, which just carried on as a pattern at weekends until she decided to stop drinking altogether.
