In this week’s episode, I speak to Chris from Surrey who has been sober since December 2019. Chris talks about a hedonistic lifestyle working in the media industry in London and how a sharp exit of his job prompted a big change of lifestyle. He is open and relatable, sharing much wisdom and stories of hope. Chris uses AA to assist his recovery and now volunteers on their phone helplines as a way of giving back.
