This week I speak to Dawn, who at 26 years old, has 5 months of sobriety under her belt. Dawn is wonderfully honest about her relationship with alcohol and getting sober. She is a breath of fresh air and just says it as it is. Dawn’s drinking escalated due to a family issue that spiralled during lockdown. She knew she needed to tackle it and sought great comfort and help being part of the AA programme. Now, full of enthusiasm and passion for sobriety, Dawn shares her wisdom and tips around what helped her.
