This week I chat to Jodi from Nottinghamshire who was 107 days sober at the time of recording. Jodi discusses how like many of us, she got into drinking as a teenager by raiding her parents booze cupboard with friends. Jodi recalls how everyone around her was drinking the same way and no one questioned if it was bad, or creating issues. Following some fertility issues after her first child, she medicated her trauma with wine. It was a target of losing some weight after lockdown that spurred her into her alcohol free journey, which she is fully embracing and thriving in. I hope you enjoy the episode.
