This week I chat to a local lady, Lou from Poole. Lou was a weekend binge drinker that felt the grip of weekend drinking taking up most of her week. Sick and tired of the highs and lows of drinking, she quit for good in 2021. Lou had two previous bouts of sobriety but explains the things that clicked with her this time round.
