This week I am chatting to Michelle from Los Angeles who is well known as @soberinlosangeles on Instagram, running sober events and strengthening the sober community. She lives with her two Boston terriers and at the time of this recording is celebrating 8 months sobriety, after a relapse during the covid pandemic. Michelle is so relatable and honest. Community is the thing that really made the difference this time round.
