The Universe is always speaking to you and the secret sauce is learning how to discern what the messages are on your manifestation journey.  

The key method to identify ways that the Universe is speaking to you is to tune into how you feel. Remembering that "You Are The Oracle" is really important and that no one can interpret the meaning of how you feel, other than you. 

Receiving signs from the Universe is a mechanism of biofeedback and can flow into your reality through synchronistic events, deep dreams and knowings. 

It always needs to be interpreted in context to what else is going on and not just a random assessment. However, signs are always a key indicator of alignment and movement of energy.
