Instead of interviewing a guest on this episode I’m the one in the hot seat. This is an interview that I did with Bryan Reeves on the Men This Way podcast. Normally I don’t do this but I really felt like this is an important conversation. 

We talk about the challenges that men face when it comes to dealing with change and overcoming struggle. I share some of my personal journey in dealing with this resistance. I also share my perspective on why so many men struggle and tools that men can use to create lasting change in their lives.
