Stop allowing people to unload on you for problems they created in their life. That's not your cross to bear. Sure, it's great to support them but sometimes if you really listen they're the culprit behind the problem and until they take accountability nothing is going to change. And if you help them realize that and they STILL don't plan on taking accountability because they'd rather complain, don't feel obligated to be their earpiece. You have to take accountability for WHAT YOU ALLOW people to give you and THEY have to take accountability for WHAT THEY DO.
