Dr. Ali Chappell, the Founder and CEO of Lilli Health, aims to revolutionize the treatment of insulin resistance and PCOS. She is a Registered Dietitian with a MS in nutritional sciences and a PhD in nutrition and metabolism with a focus in reproductive endocrinology. She also completed a National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded postdoctoral research fellowship to further investigate nutrition, insulin resistance, and PCOS.
Over the past 12 years, she has conducted three clinical research studies focusing on the transformative ability of a Low Insulin Lifestyle to reverse insulin resistance and treat PCOS. Having PCOS herself, she has dedicated her career to studying a Low Insulin Lifestyle in patients with PCOS. This research led to her receiving a grant from the National Science Foundation in 2021 to launch Lilli Health and help take her research from the lab and the pages of medical journals and into the hands of patients and their healthcare providers.
