We all suffer from stress at some level and it is really important to have sufficient awareness to know that we need to do something about it! Here you will find some a really practical meditation with breathing, visualisation and an acupressure point that you can use as a short cut in those moments when closing your eyes and meditating for 10 minutes just isn't appropriate. 

Stress affects us in so many ways - not only our health and happiness but in our work and relationships. Taking positive steps to releasing and relieving our stress is hugely beneficial. All the meditation in this series will help you to let go but this will hopefully wash away your stress and worries - listen as often as you need to until you can do this on your own and take charge of your stress levels.
