Unlike worldly fitness, which focuses on quick fixes, perfection, man-made foods, punishing your body, and appearances, God’s way emphasizes true health and peace, stewardship of your body and calling, spiritual growth, and alignment with His purposes.

Word: Ground yourself in Scripture to remind yourself that your worth, identity, hope, and strength come from God.
Worth: Recognize that your value is rooted in God’s love, not outward appearance and that He only made 1 of you!
