For the past 7 years she has worked on social media and on her ongoing business projects alongside her husband James. Carys has become a key name on social media for her popular daily lifestyle content, gaining over 1 million followers across her channels. Starting out as a fitness influencer, she realised the lifestyle she was leading was having a negative impact on her mental health, and her content has followed her journey through weight gain and body changes. Consequently she is now one of the leading figures promoting body positivity online.
